So, you’re ready to dive into our Flex Packs—awesome choice! These packages are perfect for golfers who love flexibility, savings, and, let’s be honest, a bit of a challenge when it comes to purchasing them.
But here’s the catch—our simulator only has so many hours in a day (and sadly, we can’t add more). That’s why we’re limiting the number of Flex Packs available. So, if you want in, grab yours now before they’re gone!
Step-by-Step Flex Pack Process
Let’s walk you through the steps to snag your Flex Pack and start hitting virtual fairways like a pro (or at least trying to). We promise it’s worth it!
1. Calculate Your Total
Before anything else, head to our handy-dandy Flex Pack Calculator (yes, we’re very proud of it). There, you’ll input:
Number of Time Slots: Choose from 5, 10, 15, or 20.
Number of Golfers in Your Party: Anywhere from 1 to 8.
How Many Hours do you want to play each time: 1 to 4 hr time slots
Hit Calculate Your Total, and voilà! You’ll see:
The Total Before Discount (to remind you what a smart shopper you are for buying in bulk).
The Discount Amount (because saving money feels great).
Your Total Flex Pack Value (the amount you’ll pay).
2. Go to Our Square Online Portal
Armed with your total, it’s time to head over to our Square Online Gift Portal(yes it says Gift Cards). Once there:
Select Custom Amount and enter your Flex Pack total.
Complete your purchase with the confidence of someone sinking a 10-foot putt.
3. Send Us an Email(Because We Love Hearing from You!)
Once your payment is processed, forward us your confirmation email or shoot us an email at info@birdiebuddiesgolf.ca with the following details:
The amount you paid.
The number of time slots you bought. The number of golfers (1-8) in your party.
How many hours you’ll be playing per time slot (1 to 4).
We know this step feels like the digital equivalent of filling out a customs form, but trust us—it’s how we make sure your Flex Pack is set up just the way you like it.
4. Receive Your Promo Code
Now comes the fun part! We’ll create a custom promo code for you to use whenever you book your time slots. Your code corresponds to the hours and golfers you specified and you will be able to use it for the amount of time slots your purchased for one year from the time of purchase. So keep it handy—it’s your ticket to golf heaven.
5. Use Your Promo Code When Booking
Visit our booking link and select: Date: When you want to play.
Select Booking Type: How many hours you’ll be playing(1-4).
Select Time: The perfect slot for your schedule.
Number of Golfers: Between 1 and 8.
Spot the “Have a promo code?” field (it’s a small but mighty hero).
Enter your promo code exactly as provided (no typos, please).
Hit Apply and watch your total drop faster than your handicap after a good lesson.
Even though your total is $0 after applying the promo code, you’ll still need to enter a valid credit card to finalize your booking. (It’s just a precaution—think of it as our version of a safety net.)
